When it comes to weight loss, the majority of people fall short or accomplish their goals employing a program that isn’t supportable or healthy. The result of many ‘quick fix ‘ diets is that some or even a lot of weight is lost but it’s not lost in a way that’s healthy for the body.
Many people do not realize this as they’re under the impression that you need to shed pounds to get healthy when actually the opposite is true. You must get healthy in order for your body to be well placed to correctly burn fat and lose weight “forever.
Avoiding particular foodstuffs will not only help you lose pounds but can also help minimize recurring pain, improve sleep and boost energy, and do it very fast.
The Goal
The fact is that for most overweight people, the hormones and metabolism are not working like they should “whether from past habits, or genetic weaknesses, or something else. You won’t be able to lose on a ‘balanced ‘ diet or a ‘practical ‘ diet till these weight loss hormones are being release again.
So then the clear goal is to consume more of the foods that will help revive the health of your body which will help you naturally burn the calories routinely. Put simply, stimulate your fat-burning hormones again. The other goal is to decrease the foods which may lead to water and fat retention in the 1st place.
It may also be a waste of your time to exercise if your fat-burning hormones are shut off. Ever known someone that exercises all of the time but still can not lose the weight. Sure they’re increasing muscle mass and burning some calories but till the glands that control fat burning are ‘turned on, ‘ it will not help as much as it might or should and will mostly be a wasted effort.
Do Not Eat List
Let’s face it, this is a list that many of us know but regularly opt to ignore. Nonetheless, while some body types can get away with a little more than others, as a general rule everything on this list is a no-no.
SUGARS
This includes all sugars, the nastiest of which is white. Honey is slightly better but in reality it still is sugar so if it’s used by you do it sparingly to just sweeten something a little that really requires it. If you want to learn if something has sugar in it, just look at the nutritional facts on the back for speedy understanding or maybe glance at the ingredients.
By the way, any food that has high fructose corn syrup in the ingredient list, suffice it to assert that you are essentially shutting off your fat-burning hormones and sparking your fat storing ones when you take it into your body.
CARBOHYDRATES
This is a difficult one for the majority of people. The rationale is that people crave it and once that craving comes a calling it’s tough to fight. This occurs primarily with fast burning carbohydrates and those are the main ones you’ve got to avoid. They include:
Bread
Pasta
Potatoes
Rice
Cereal (most)
DAIRY
Due to the lactose sugar, milk, yogurt, and most cheeses aren’t great options for most body types when trying to lose weight. A couple of times a week you can consume non fat Greek yogurt. But you definitely need to choose plain yogurt. you get it with flavor there is generally a large amount of sugar in there. One way to make it go down a little easier is by adding one or two berries, some crushed walnuts or almonds and even a tiny bit of honey if your really can not survive without that slight sweetness.
DEEP FRIED
Pretty much all foods that have been fried are bad. So having mentioned that you flat out have to avoid them. If you are going to cook something in oil, try to make it olive oil and even better, make it cold pressed extra- virgin olive oil!
SALAD DRESSINGS
While many of us give salads a go to improve their health and lose weight, the reality is that most take in more calories than they might have with another meal selection. The most important reason is the salad dressing they select. To make it simple just stick with the non-flavored (i.e. Raspberry) olive oil and vinegar dressing. Sound uninteresting? Try a couple of these great items to spatter on your salad to make it more enjoyable.
sea salt (a fantastic source of electrolytes)
parmesan cheese (1 Tbsp. Has 2g of protein and 0 carbohydrates)
feta cheese (1/4th cup has 7g of protein and no sugars)
Regardless of if you need to lose 5. Pounds or 105 pounds. Or, if you just desire to switch your eating and food quality habits to avoid avertable problems like diabetes or coronary disease, learning your body type to determine which stubborn fat burning hormones and which organs and glands have stopped being made adquately is a critical first step to get healthy and lose weight fast.
