Donna Karan is a legendary American fashion designer who created and developed the DKNY Perfume line. It has been a huge success over the years because of her ability to design her fashion around the characteristics of New York City. She was born in New York and still lives there today. Obviously this is a tribute to New York being known as; “The Big Apple.” When you smell the perfume it provides a scent of fresh green apples mixed with classic crisp floral notes. Later on the formula was mixed to feature red apple notes along with dark berry bottom notes.
The first incarnation of Be Delicious smells like fresh green apples, with classic crisp floral notes. Donna re-mixed the formulation with a limited edition version of Be Delicious that featured red apple notes, and dark berry bottom notes. She then created a Be Delicious version that smells like fresh pink and white apple blossoms, with slight citrus notes. There is even a night time version that is very rich in heady, musky, sensual oils for night time seduction.
